LionGUARD Water Cut-Off Mastic is a gray solvent based caulk designed to be used under the membrane to prevent water infiltration. It is used under single ply membranes such as EPDM and TPO as a preventative measure to stop water from entering the roof system. It is very sticky. It is not UV protective, so installation under the membranes is vital for the long term performance of this product. Use at all drains and penetrations. It can also be used in reinforced membrane systems to prevent water from wicking into the scrim of all membranes. Always use under membranes only.
