Gaco Patch Silicone Roof Patch GacoPatch is a flashing grade, standalone, silicone roof sealant designed to be installed in a single application on a variety of roof types including asphalt, single ply, metal, and most existing coatings. The convenient wide top pail makes GacoPatch application easy to do with a towel or a brush. Gaco Patch is a one step application that eliminates the cost of additional products such as primers, tapes, or top coats. For use on control joints, coping joints, fishmouths, gutter seams, small membrane holes, surface cracks. Long-term solution for roof repairs because it is UV stable and does not chalk, crack, become brittle or break down over time. Remains permenantly flexible, even under ponding water, no additional reinforcement or extra application steps are required for horizontal patches, even over 1/2" thick.

- ONE STEP APPLICATION. No primer required. GacoPatch is ideal for quick repair as a stand-alone product. GacoPatch may be applied to a damp surface, but any standing or ponding water should be removed.
- FOR USE ON: Cracks, expansion joints, flashings, pitch pans, small holes, vents, and more.
- FLASHING GRADE. Apply GacoPatch with a trowel on vertical or horizontal applications, even over 1/2” thick.
- UV STABLE. Resists degradation – will not chalk, crack or peel.
- Bonds to aged asphalt, aged EPDM, aged TPO/CPA, built-up, cap sheet, composite, concrete, fiberglass, metal, modified bitumen, torchdown, sprayed polyurethane foam and most existing coatings.
